Taipei, Taiwan—October 1st, 2015 — CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW), the world’s leading consumer multimedia software company, has announced a global online event to celebrate its newest milestone – over 600,000 multimedia effects uploaded to DirectorZone, a web-based community and creative resource for video enthusiasts. The DirectorZone 600K Celebration Event gives entrants a chance to win prizes just for flexing their creative muscles.

Participants can enter the event by using CyberLink’s award-winning PowerDirector video editing software to create and submit a Halloween or Christmas themed effect to DirectorZone. Entrants who do not own a copy of PowerDirector can participate by using the free trial version to create their entry. When uploading their effect, participants must add the tag “Christmas” or “Halloween.”

The DirectorZone 600K Celebration Event runs from September 30 through October 29, 2015. Winners will be announced on October 30, 2015 on the event website.
