To publish your presentation on to a web server, will
allow your presentation file to be accessible to others via the
internet. Before we start the step-by-step demonstration of how
to setup your destination profile, you need to have the following
information ready before you can upload your presentation on the
web server.
Web Server Detail: If you are uploading
onto an FTP site, you need to have the FTP address, port, user ID
and password ready, inorder to have the program uploading the presentation
onto the server.
Here's how to setup Publishing
Destination for Web Server:

A: Enter Server Connection
Information
Copy via FTP: You have to enter the ftp address, port,
user ID, and password of the site. You can also choose to
enter the login and password later.
Copy to Local or LAN connection: You can browse and
choose the drive and directory from your computer.

B: Enter Accessible Path
for Server
Here, you have to enter the URL of the server, how your files
can be accessed publicly. Also on the bottom, you can enter
the name of your presentation's home page.

C: Name and View your Destination
The program will list out the destination information you
have setup, and allows you to enter a name for the Destination
Profile you have just created. In the future, you will be
able to use the same publish destination profile just by selecting
this profile in the library.

NOTE: For publishing EXE
files - Password protection
If you choose to publish your presentation as an EXE file,
then the program will ask you if you wish to make your EXE
file password protected. You can enter a password for your
EXE file where only people with the password can access your
published content.
