Issues resolved in this build:
  • Audio and video clips not in synchronization when there are images with different time durations located at the beginning of the project.
  • PowerDirector will crash when entering the Create Disc window if the file size is too big.
  • YouTube upload issue.
  • (Windows XP only): PowerDirector cannot smoothly play back AVCHD discs within the Capture window.
  • Background video in the PiP Designer motion tab does not move when editing PiP movement.
  • PowerDirector will display an error message if a DV-AVI video file is produced as a MPEG-2 or AVCHD (MPEG-4/H.264) file and when Dolby Digital 5.1 is enabled.
  • PowerDirector will contain no music if the total PiP tracks is greater than 6.
  • The freeze frame process stops at 60% beside "All Media" Library.
  • It is possible to show zero content for an existing Flickr user.
  • Lack of support for WTV (DVR-MS v2) files.

  • If the build number of your version of PowerDirector 5 Premium is 1808 or 1816 and your operating system is Windows Vista, please contact CyberLink Customer Support and provide them with your CD-Key. CyberLink Customer Support will then provide you with a Windows Vista compatible version of PowerDirector 5 Premium.
