CyberLink Announces its Unaudited Operation Results for the First Half of 2015
CyberLink Corp (5203.TW), innovative solutions provider for the connected media lifestyle, announced its unaudited operation results for the first half ending June 30th, 2015. CyberLink’s consolidated revenue reached NT$947.73 million and net income reached NT$233.47 million; Basic EPS after tax was NT$2.33.

The cash dividend distribution of total NT$7.0 per share has been approved in CyberLink's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting. Due to an execution of employees’ stock options, CyberLink’s Board approved the adjustment of this distribution to be NT$6.97942907 per share and set August 19th, 2015 as the record date for such dividend.
