How to check the SR number?
1. First, click the CyberLink logo in the upper left hand corner when you are on the introduction screen.
2. The "About" window will appear.
3. Find out your “SR number” in the “About” window.
If your hardware model or SR number is not listed above, we are sorry you are not eligible for this online update service.
