Where can I get my technical support ID (TSID) if I lost the voice order e-mail?

Your voice support TSID can be found in your account of CyberLink Members Zone. You can access it by following the Manage My Services link in the left navigation column of your member zone page, you will see the voice support details in Manage My Phone Services section. The TSID is only available if you have already purchased voice support.
