What is my order status?

After you successfully place an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail within an hour. The e-mail includes the link to download the purchased product and a key to activate/install the software if you purchase the Download version. If you are purchasing the Box version, asking for a refund, or didn’t receive the order confirmation email, you may want to check the delivery or refund status. Please click here to check your order status. Or, you can go to the Member Zone, and click ‘Check Order Status’ on the left-hand side to check your current order status or to download the software again within the specified duration.
