When I try to play a Blu-ray Disc I get the following error messages: “CyberLink PowerDVD cannot access the storage device.” & “error code: 101.” What should I do?
After Feb. 20th 2013, CyberLink PowerDVD 12 pops up the following two error messages when trying to play a Blu-ray Disc.
“CyberLink PowerDVD cannot access the storage device. Select another device when playback stops.”
“CyberLink PowerDVD could not launch because some of the components appear to be corrupted. Try uninstalling and then re-installing CyberLink PowerDVD, or check your anti-virus software for malicious activities. If the program still doesn’t launch, please contact customer support for assistance – error code: 101.”
There are some program compatibility issues between PowerDVD 12 v2118/v2118a and the Windows Update released in Feb 2013.
