How can I return the package in case of wrong or damaged delivery or if I want to cancel?
In case of wrong or damaged delivery or if you want to cancel the purchase of a retail/box product, please follow the instructions below to return the merchandise:
(1) REQUEST A RETURN NUMBER
You must apply for a return number by submitting a ticket via "Contact" function of this page. In order to process the request in a timely manner we need the following information, which you can access on your order confirmation:
Customer Number, Order Number, Article Number, Return Reason, and the Email address used for the purchase.
After receiving all information your request will be examined. If your concerns are justified, you will receive an RMA Form with a Return Number and the address of the warehouse to which the products have to be shipped.
(2) RETURNING YOUR PACKAGE
(a) Write down the Return Number clearly on the outside of the package.
(b) Send back the package with the RMA Form enclosed inside to the named Warehouse.
(3) ORDER IS IN PROCESS
As soon as the Return arrives it will be processed. Please note that the return process is only completed after the cancellation or the exchange took place. Upon your request, you can receive a credit note and an Email confirming the cancellation.

If a credit card was used for your purchase, the amount will be returned to that credit card account. Depending on the credit card issuer, it may take up to 4 weeks for the returned amount to appear in your account. It is possible that the returned funds may not appear on the credit card statement covering your current billing cycle, but on your next statement.
