Adding video effects into your 360° video

ByCyberLink Learning Center

PowerDirector 15 provides various video effects to choose from, for 2D and even 360° videos! For example, if you would like to give your video an older atmosphere, you can simply add a black and white effect into your video. In this tutorial, we will show you how to add video effects to your 360° video.

Click the Effect Room icon on the far left side.

In the Effect Room, there are many different types of effects for you to choose from. Once you have chosen an effect you can drag it from the Effect Room down to the space below your video footage in the timeline (on the line marked Fx)

In the pictures below are a few examples to help show you the effects in action. For the best results you can add and compare various effects from the Effects Room and see which one is best for you.

Black & White

Water Color Painting

Pencil Sketch

Now that you have finished editing your video, let us move on and see how to export your 360° video.
