Quarterly Subscription Plan

Payment
You will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes. Once you have successfully completed this sign-up process and when your credit card is successfully charged, your membership for the subscription will begin.

Renewal
We will renew your quarterly subscription plan automatically once you choose to auto-renew the subscription. If there is any adjustment in the subscription pricing at the end of your subscription period, we will inform you before any auto-renewal is applied. You may also manually renew the plan yourself at CyberLink Member Zone.

End the Subscription
You may end the Subscription by contacting Customer Support at https://shop.cyberlink.com/cgi-bin/pages/rnfaq within the first thirty (30) days after your first / initial purchase and your payment will be refunded in full. But no refund will be granted for ending the subscription after this first thirty (30) days period.

Annual Subscription Plan

Payment

Renewal
We will renew your annual subscription plan automatically once you choose to auto-renew the subscription. If there is any adjustment in the subscription pricing at the end of your annual subscription period, we will inform you before any auto-renewal is applied. You may also manually renew the plan yourself at CyberLink Member Zone.

End the Subscription
You may end the Subscription within the first thirty (30) days after your first / initial purchase and your payment will be fully refunded. But no refund will be granted for ending the subscription after this first thirty (30) days period.

CyberLink Cloud Storage Service Data Purge Policy
Please pay special attention that ninety (90) days after the ending or expiration of your subscription plan. We will erase/delete all of your data files stored in the CyberLink Cloud storage. We will also notify you beforehand for such action.

Network Connectivity
CyberLink products you are subscribed to must have their licenses validated at least once every 30 days. Validating a license requires an active Internet connection. The software will inform you when you need to connect to the Internet for a license status check.

Time Zone
Please note that your subscription information is displayed in the UTC + 0 (Universal Time, Coordinated) Time Zone.
