This is one full suite of software, the likes of which I have yet to use in its entirety. Included in this bundle is Video, Audio, Photo and color correction editing software. Each piece works extremely well, and works great together. If you are looking for an all-in-one solution and don't mind taking the time to learn software, than this will be perfect for you.
I suggest visiting YouTube and CyberLink's site and watching tutorials to get a better feel for Director Suite 6's capabilities. If all you want to do is create gorgeous images from photos, then PhotoDirector9 is likely the only program you need. If you want to go a step further and do audio and video editing, Suite 6 is an excellent choice. It is advanced software so there is a learning curve, but CyberLink appears to have made strides in streamlining their interface to make the complicated more approachable.
Fantastic package of software with a lot of capabilities. It does take a massive amount of space and seems to require a lot of ram while in use (as specified). I would assume a lot of the people complaining of crashing are actually having a problem with their PC. I haven't needed to contact customer support so I can't comment on it but would agree that for the price of the package you should absolutely receive free support. The screen grab bonus software works great without dropping frames whine recording video. The editing software is straight forward and ready to learn if you have used other software before. For sure better than Adobe video editor. The Adobe product is useless due to the audio going out of sync when editing. All in all I love the package and I am excited to get to more projects.

This product is an amazing value as a package. individual prices of the products are much much higher. In formats, the software takes all known files, so this program is a full featured professional application.
