During playback, there are some circumstances where TrueTheater enhancements are not available:
•TrueTheater video enhancements are not available during the playback of Blu-ray 3D discs, 3D video files, and MOV (alpha PNG) files.
•TrueTheater video enhancements are not available when the video resolution exceeds 1080p.
•TrueTheater video enhancements are not available when playing video over a DLNA network with DTCP-IP.
•TrueTheater HDR is only available in full screen* mode if your graphics card and display device support it.
Note: * computers with certain NVIDIA GPUs support the use of TrueTheater HDR in Window mode. |
•TrueTheater HDR cannot be applied to HDR video.
•TrueTheater HDR is not available for DVD movies, on 360° video, during 3D video playback, or when a video file's resolution is above 2048 x 1152.
•TrueTheater audio enhancements are not available when the selected HDMI audio output mode in More Audio Settings is either of the "non-decoded" passthrough to external device options.
