360° Media Playback

CyberLink PowerDVD supports 360°* video files and photos (both 360° and 3D 360°) that have been imported into the PowerDVD Media Library.

Note: 360° media is best viewed in PowerDVD VR Mode (Virtual Reality), if you have a supported VR headset.

Once imported, the 360° video and photos files are automatically detected and indicated by a 360° logo in the top left of the thumbnail.

Note: if an imported 360° media file is not displaying correctly (no 360° logo), it usually means the file is not using either of the supported 360 projection formats (equirectangular or packed equirectangular). See the documentation for your 360 camera manufacturer for information on producing (stitching) the media file in one of these formats. * this feature is not available in some editions of CyberLink PowerDVD 18.
