Playing Shared Home Network Media on a Mobile Device, Apple TV, or File TV

To play back the media shared on a home network with the PowerPlayer app, do this:

Note: the PowerPlayer app is available for Android and iOS devices, as well as for Apple TV and Fire TV.

1.Download and install the PowerPlayer app from the app store, i.e. Google Play, Apple App Store, Fire TV Appstore.

2.Once PowerPlayer is installed, launch the app and then sign in with your CyberLink account.

3.Select your PowerDVD as your source location.

Note: you may need to select and then Source > your PowerDVD to see the shared home network media. If you cannot see your PowerDVD in the Source list, make sure sharing is enabled in Home Network Preferences and that your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

4.Browse to and then select media in the PowerPlayer app to start playback.
