After Windows 10 update, I only see a black screen when playing a movie on an Intel graphic platform. What can I do?

If you have updated Windows 10 to build version 10586 or later version on Intel VGA platform, you may possibly see a black screen condition in full screen mode with PowerDVD during Blu-ray movie and video playback.

We are aware of the playback issue and are currently working on a solution. As a temporary workaround, you are advised to exit full screen mode and launch playback in window mode instead.

If the problem persists after playback in window mode, please contact CyberLink technical support and we will contact you when the solution is ready.
