When I play DVDs or Blu-ray Discs, CyberLink PowerDVD always crashes. What’s the problem?

It could be a software/ hardware conflict. Please try the following to solve this issue.

1) Reinstall CyberLink PowerDVD

2) Update to the latest version of CyberLink PowerDVD from here

3) Update graphic card driver to the latest.

4) Close other applications when running

If the situation persists, please contact CyberLink Technical Support.
