I receive an error message, when trying to pay by direct debit transfer.

Please note - this payment option might not apply to the store where you wish to place your order. For more information on available payment options, please check the section "payment options" in your cart.

Error message - 'Your bank does not participate in the checking process'

This message means that the accuracy of the bank account details you have entered could not be verified as this bank is not listed on our central register. The reason for this may be that two branches of your bank have recently merged. Some of the smaller banks also do not participate in the checking process.

In this case, please select an alternative payment method or bank account to make the payment.
