When I log in to the CyberLink Members Zone, the web page tells me the password is not correct.

Make sure you have entered the correct password. Please note that the password is case-sensitive and there should be no space before and after the password. The password may contain letters from the English alphabet and numbers. Please be careful when you input numeric "1", lowercase "l", numeric "0" and uppercase "O".

If you forgot the password, click here for more information about retrieving the password. After you receive the password notification email, copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the password into the Password field on the sign in page.
