CyberLink Receives “Happy Worker” Award

Taipei, Taiwan----August 6, 2007----CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW), a leader in digital home solutions, has received a competitive employer award for offering the best working environment in Taiwan. The honor was bestowed by business magazine Cheers and consulting firm Watson Wyatt through the "Cheers Magazine Happy Worker Award – The Best Employer."

More than fifty companies were appraised anonymously by their own employees using a range of criteria, including fairness, relationships, and achievement. Online survey results were followed with interviews organized directly with participating employees who were selected randomly. Results were also compared between companies.

CyberLink's overall strengths included its fair performance appraisal system, it's policy of investing in employee training and development, and the positive attitude of employees reflected in their willingness to work as a team. Compared to the other companies, CyberLink scored highest in the area of effective teamwork.

"Happy employees come from a happy enterprise, and I'm proud that CyberLink has been recognized as one of the happiest places to work," said Alice H. Chang, CEO of CyberLink. "In addition to fostering product innovation and self-development, a happy workplace also attracts the best talent.
