Showcase complete DVB-H Solution at the "Phone PA" press conference

Taipei, Taiwan----September 3, 2007 ----CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW), a world leader in digital home solutions, announced today its participation in the "Phone PA" press conference hosted by the Taiwan Public Television Service (PTS) and the demonstration of Mobile DTV Solution developed for delivering MDTV to a new era.

CyberLink MDTV Solution, supports the reception of content from various digital services, including TV channels, radio channels, and video clips, for playback on mobile devices. Users can experience the interactive TV services as well as the smart searching of TV programs using an Electronic Service Guide (ESG).

Decodes, plays, and records mobile TV signals
Supports Electronic Service Guide (ESG) information with channel preview.

The DVB-H Mobile TV Trial Program plays an important role in Taiwan Government's two-year development plan for the "Public Radio and cultural creativity, digital television". The first trial started from January this year initiated by PTS, broadcasting DVB-H signals to the Taipei metropolitan area. User testing is scheduled to begin in September with more than 200 units of testing phones. It is expected that people will carry more than just a cell phone offering traditional phone services, that they will also access DVB-H mobile TV on the go.
