CyberLink Presents Digital Home Solutions at Intel Developer Forum Fall 2004

INTEL DEVELOPER FORUM, San Francisco, Sept. 7, 2004--- CyberLink Corp. (5203.TWO), a world leader and pioneer in providing integrated solutions for the digital home, announced today that it will showcase the latest media-sharing capabilities of PowerCinema at the Fall Developer Forum. CyberLink PowerCinema shows how digital media can be enjoyed anywhere and anytime in the digital home.

By taking advantage of technology standards created for the digital home, CyberLink PowerCinema the world's first multimedia platform to have passed Intel* Networked Media Product Requirements (Intel* NMPR) testing, provides media browsing and playback capability via UPnP. This means a user can be working on a notebook or entertainment PC enjoying music, video or photo slideshows from any Intel NMPR-validated devices anywhere anytime within the digital home.

PowerCinema transforms the PC into a media entertainment center by giving access to features including Movies, Pictures, Videos, Music, TV, Radio, and DVD burning via remote control. PowerCinema can be customized and branded for major PC manufactures, and is currently shipping with tier-one OEM companies including NEC Computer International, Medion, Acer, BenQ, LG-IBM and Logitech. The software was voted Buyer's Choice at Computex 2004.

Soon to be released PowerCinema 4 includes a "3D" user interface and new options like photo editing, digital TV, audio-video enhancements, online upgrades, and streaming movie services and online games from content providers CinemaNow and WildTangent respectively. Intel Developer Forum Fall attendees will witness CyberLink PowerCinema 4 at various showcase areas, including:

1. DTCP-IP capability in Digital Home Community Showcase
2. UPnP capability in Mobile Tech Showcase
3. Intel NMPR validation sample at the Forum's lab session.
