Taipei, Taiwan—November 11, 2013—CyberLink Corp.(5203.TW), a provider of innovative media creativity solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kenichi Takimoto as General Manager and President of CyberLink Japan, effective November 11, 2013. In his new position, Takimoto will be responsible for CyberLink’s marketing strategy, partner development, operations and business growth in Japan market.

Kenichi Takimoto is a technology industry veteran with over 20 years of global sales experience in OEM, distribution and corporate accounts at leading software, hardware and semiconductor companies. Before joining CyberLink, Takimoto served as a Director at Gracenote, a multimedia software company for music/video recognition. Takimoto also held sales leadership position as global account manager at Freescale Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices.
