Source File Bitrate Limitations on Transcoding

PowerDVD 14 transcoding is limited to the following source file bitrates:

  • MPEG2 PS: bitrate higher than 25Mbps
  • MPEG2 TS H.264 + MPEG2 audio: bitrate higher than 11 Mbps
  • MPEG2 TS H.264 + AAC audio: bitrate higher than 11Mbps
  • WMV: bitrate higher than 11Mbps

*PowerDVD will transcode the video files above to H.264/AAC/M2TS
