CyberLink and eMachines' Strikes a Partnership to Give Consumers an Unbeatable Combo of PowerDVD Playback Software and eTower and eMonster Hardware

December 8, 1999 ----Taipei, Taiwan---- CyberLink, a leading Internet and video/audio software application developer, and eMachines Inc. have reached an agreement to bundle PowerDVD with eMachine's line of products providing users with complete and powerful all-in-one multimedia PC. CyberLink's PowerDVD will be bundled with eMachines' eTower 500id, eTower 533id, eTower 533iR, eMonster 550 eMonster 600x, and eMonster 600xR. This strategic marketing alliance will not only enhance the multimedia features of the eTower and eMonster products, but also create a substantial competitive edge in today's PC market in terms of additional value for consumers.
