Board of Directors and Supervisors
Jau Huang, the founder of CyberLink, is the Chairman of the board of directors. Jau is also the founder of the Multimedia and Communications Lab at National Taiwan University (NTU) and a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of NTU. Jau holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA.
Alice H. Chang, Director, joined CyberLink in 1997 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of CyberLink ever since. Formerly serving as the executive vice president of Trend Micro Inc., Alice has also worked as an investment consultant at CitiCorp Investment Bank (1988-1990). Alice earned a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA, and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from National Taiwan University.
James Lee, is the Chief eXploratory Officer of Smart Clothing BU of TexRay Industrial Co., Ltd. He served as Vice Chairman of ChinaLabs and Vice Chairman of WI Harper Group. James was a Strategy Director of Kent Ridge Digital Labs in Singapore, Special Advisor of National Science Technology Board in Singapore and Director of Internet Technology Division of Industrial Technology Research Institute in Taiwan. James holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU).
Independent Directors:
Wen-Hsiang Hung, Independent Director, served as the dean of the Department of Business Administration and is a professor at the Department of Accounting at National Taiwan University. Hung was a committee member of the Ministry of Examination, Taiwan, and holds a master's degree from the University of Houston, USA.
Liang-Gee Cheng, holds a Ph. D. in Electronic Engineering from National Cheng Kung University and is a Deputy Dean of College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of NTU. He is a Director of Creativity and Entrepreneurship Program of NTU and serves as a co-principal investigator of National Science and Technology program for System-on-Chip.
Supervisors:
Yuen-Man Lin, served in the International Finance Department of Acer Inc. Lin holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Soochow University, Taiwan.
Wen-Chin Chen, a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of NTU. Chen formerly served as a member of the Technical Staff of GTE Laboratories, USA.
Sherry Lin, holds a master's degree in computer science and information engineering from National Taiwan University.
