"Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation". What can I do?

Issue

"Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation", when installing CyberLink MediaSuite 10.

Solution:

This issue can be fixed with the CyberLink CLCleaner tool. Please download the CLCleaner tool for Media Suite 10 from here.
