CyberLink Showcases Latest Burning and Playback Software using Blu-ray Disc Burner from Panasonic at CeBIT 2006

Taipei, Taiwan----March 12, 2006----CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW), a world leader in digital home solutions, and a contributing member of the Blu-ray Disc Association, has demonstrated the burning of video content on BD-RE discs and playback of BD-ROM discs using a Panasonic burner and CyberLink’s Blu-ray Disc (BD) software solution.

CyberLink showcased three retail products that already incorporate Blu-ray burning technology: data burning software Power2Go, packet-writing software InstantBurn, and data archiving software PowerBackup. CyberLink performed direct-to-disc recording of high-definition video content onto a BD-RW burner using CyberLink PowerProducer. BD-ROM and BD-RE playback was demonstrated using CyberLink’s industry-leading PowerDVD software and a Blu-ray Disc drive from Panasonic.
