CyberLink TV Enhance, MagicDirector and Video Encoder provide plug-in features to Entertainment PCs based on Windows Media Center Edition

The Packard Bell Smart TV32 is a hybrid PC and TV device utilizing the Windows Media Center Edition (MCE) operating system. CyberLink's software expands MCE functionality, adding TV features such as scheduled program recording, video encoding, automated video editing, and DVD playback. CyberLink has worked closely with Packard Bell to develop a home entertainment device that showcases the two companies' strengths in creating leading products for the digital home.

CyberLink TV Enhance plug-in: provides sophisticated recording and playback functionality, enabling always time-shift recording, simultaneous recording of one channel and the playing of a another, as well as support for digital (DVB-T) and analog TV tuner cards.

CyberLink MagicDirector plug-in: expands the home entertainment experience even more, allowing users to automatically edit their video files into movies. Users also have the option of trimming videos manually via remote control.

CyberLink Software Encoder/Decoder plug-in: enables high-quality TV recording and playback of MPEG-2 video content via MCE. Supports multiple TV tuner cards and ensures smooth video performance.
