CyberLink Names Richard Carriere Senior Vice President of Global Marketing

Taipei, TaiwanMay 2, 2011—CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW) innovative solution provider for the connected digital lifestyle, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Carriere as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, effective May 2, 2011.  In his new position, Carriere will be responsible for worldwide marketing strategy, branding, and Web commerce for CyberLink.

“Richard is a great addition to the executive team, bringing a track record of achievement in marketing and business development,” said Alice H. Before joining CyberLink, Richard Carriere served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Nero AG and President of Nero’s Americas division, and General Manager at Corel Corporation, driving digital marketing strategies and business partnerships with OEM and other industry leaders. Previously Carriere served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he was an active member of the Technology and Telecommunications practices.
