DivXNetworks and CyberLink License Cutting-Edge Video Products to PC Distributor Actebis

Targa Line of PCs From Actebis Bring the Power of DivX R Video to European Consumers

San Diego, CA; Taipei, Taiwan; and Soest, Germany - May 15, 2003 - DivXNetworks, Inc., the company that created the patent-pending DivX R video compression technology, has partnered with CyberLink, a world leader in digital video and audio solutions, to license and provide a complete line of digital video products to leading European PC distributor Actebis International Distribution GmbH.. The international PC distributor will include DivX-powered CyberLink software on the leading line of Targa PCs and notebooks.

The Targa PCs will come bundled with the industry-leading suite of digital video software products developed by CyberLink including PowerDVD featuring DivX video technology. A leading software DVD player, PowerDVD from CyberLink offers maximum video and audio playback entertainment on the PC, complete with numerous customizable video/audio controls that can deliver the highest quality viewing and listening experience.
