Taipei, Taiwan----November 11, 2003----CyberLink Corp. (OTC: 5203) today reported October consolidated sales revenue that totaled NT$153.56 million, a 10.06% increment from last year. October year-to-date, the company saw a consolidated revenue of NT$1.33 billion, up 44.09% from the same period last year.

The company has also reported three-quarter revenue results of 2003, reaching NT$986.21 million from net sales, a 39% growth from last year. And has reached 74% of its forecasted revenue of NT$1.33 billion. Its earning after tax was NT$359.85 million which is also a 71% growth from last year and has achieved 84% of the forcasted earning that was adjusted upward earlier this year. As of September end, the earning before tax for each share was NT$6.03 and earning after tax for each share was NT$5.68. Overally, CyberLink has recorded great achievements in the first three quarters of 2003.

CyberLink attributed the growth from its continuous efforts to expanding its market share and had won many appraises for its PowerDVD 5 worldwide. Recently, PowerDVD 5 had received the Biglobe award in Japan and had won many recognitions worldwide, such as: PC Magazine, PC Plus, PC Advisor in UK, PC Magazine, CNET and Smart Computing from USA, PC Professionell from Germany, Chip Singapore, more.
