CyberLink Announces New President for Japan

Taipei, Taiwan----April. 22, 2005----CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW), a world leader and pioneer in providing integrated solutions for the Digital Home, today announced Mr. Shuichi Takagi will head operations in the crucial Japan market.

A 23-year veteran at SONY Corporation, Mr. Takagi brings with him practical experience in engineering, a proven record of leading the strategic sales and marketing of storage media, as well as a managerial background in the software industry.
