Taipei, Taiwan----August 29, 2005----CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW), a world leader and pioneer in providing integrated solutions for the Digital Home, will showcase CyberLink LabelPrint and its support for LightScribe Direct Disc Labeling at the Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) booth at IFA in Berlin, Germany from September 2-7.

CyberLink LabelPrint lets users personalize their LightScribe discs by burning quality images directly onto the disc surface, either using images from a built-in library or their own digital photos. With these easy-to-use tools and templates for creating disc layouts - including the kinds of alignments and text effects found on CDs and DVDs produced by today's leading entertainment companies - LabelPrint allows consumers to create professionally styled discs in the comfort of their own homes.

"CyberLink has been at the forefront of supporting cutting-edge burning technology such as LightScribe," said Kent Henscheid, LightScribe Marketing Manager. "At IFA in Berlin, together with CyberLink, we will showcase CyberLink LabelPrint and its support for LightScribe technology to demonstrate the numerous fun and creative benefits of personalizing and burning LightScribe discs."

"We are very enthusiastic to demonstrate CyberLink LabelPrint's support of LightScribe technology at IFA in Berlin," said Alice H. Chang, CEO of CyberLink Corp. "This collaboration showcases a complete software-hardware solution for users to create stylish LightScribe discs in a few easy steps, with text layout tools and a high-resolution image library for that added touch of professionalism."

LightScribe was developed to solve the problem of unprofessional, incomplete and inferior-quality labeling methods. Customers can burn the data side on a disc as normal, then flip the disc over and burn a precise, iridescent label with their desired text and graphics using the same laser that burns the data - no printer, permanent marker or adhesive labeling is required.
