CyberLink Demonstrates Blu-ray Disc Burning and Playback at CES with Panasonic Burner

Las Vegas, NV----January 6, 2006----CyberLink Corp. (5203.TW), a world leader and pioneer in providing integrated solutions for the Digital Home, and a contributing member of the Blu-ray Disc Association, today demonstrated the burning of video content on BD-RE discs and playback of BD-ROM discs using a Panasonic drive.

CyberLink demonstrated direct-to-disc recording of high-definition video content onto a BD-RW burner using CyberLink PowerProducer. CyberLink showcased its three latest products to incorporate Blu-ray burning technology, data burning software Power2Go, packet-writing software InstantBurn, and data archiving software PowerBackup. Attendees were also shown BD-ROM and BD-RE playback via CyberLink’s industry-leading PowerDVD and a Blu-ray drive from Panasonic.
