After adding the golden touches to your masterpiece, you are ready to produce a movie file. In the production phase, you'll combine and render all the elements of your movie project into one movie file format, streaming file, or back to DV tape.
Once in the production stage, you'll have an ample amount of format selections to choose from, including High-Definition video formats or streaming movies for streaming on the Internet:

In our own conducted tests*, PowerDirector's editing engine experienced a performance gain of 65% when producing a 33 seconds DVD-format MPEG-2 file 33 seconds in duration. Without Dual Core, production took 115.01 seconds as compared to 74.61 seconds with Dual Core activated.
