To purchase this service, which includes support for all the CyberLink software you own, follow these steps:
- First, go to our store to purchase Voice Support. To do this, you will need a valid credit card.
- After making your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the hotline number and the TSID number within 20 minutes (The waiting time may vary from your credit card condition). This number is used when calling our hotline.
- Call the hotline number and key-in your TSID number when prompted by our IVR (interactive voice response).
- If your TSID is still valid, you will be put through to an agent, or otherwise you will need to repurchase a new support package or fill out a technical request form.
Terms of Use
Purchasing voice support entitles the user to sixty days of voice support from the time the TSID has been activated. Any refund request has to be made within three days after the receipt of the TSID number. Should the user have used the service during this time, the refund will be forfeit. CyberLink does not guarantee all issues can be handled over the phone. In this case, CyberLink will either return your phone call or provide a solution through email.
