CyberLink announced 2008 Results and proposed its dividend policy

TAIPEI, Taiwan—March x, 2009—CyberLink Corp (5203.TW), innovative solutions provider for the connected media lifestyle, announced its 2008 results with consolidated revenue reaching NT$4,682.6 million, an increase of 26% compared to year 2007. After integrating employee and board director bonuses into operating expenses in 2008, CyberLink’s consolidated operating profit reached NT$1,186.0 million, growing 4.5% compared to last year’s figures, and net income reached NT$1,100.8 million, a rise of 2.7% respectively. Basic EPS after tax were confirmed at NT$9.81.
