What can I do if I am having trouble downloading the software I ordered?

Before you download, please check your system for and disable any of the following:

  • Firewall – These are designed to stop downloads from non-approved site.
  • Anti-Virus Program – These will try to stop or scan a download. It may cause the download to be corrupt or damaged.
  • Download Monitors and Accelerators – Programs such as GoZilla! And NetZip are not compatible with our server and will sometimes block or stop download.
  • Screen Savers – In some instance, screen savers can interfere with the download process. If you have a screen saver that is starting while you are downloading. Please disable it temporarily until your download is complete.

If you require more assistance disabling any of the products noted here, please contact the manufacturer’s technical support.


This site provides downloads that adheres to the HTTP 1.1 specification that allows for re-startable downloads. Therefore, if your download stops or is interrupted before it is complete, simply press the begin download button again and the download should resume where it left off.

Sometimes it might be due to temporary server overload if there are too many concurrent downloads, or it could be some other Internet connection issue. If you did not successfully download the software via the link in your confirmation letter, please try again after a few minutes.

Note: You are eligible to download the product for 5 times within 30 days after you place that order. After 30 days, you will need to contact technical support and provide your order confirmation email as a proof of purchase. The support team will then send you alternative download link to download the product you purchased.
