Why can't I install PowerDVD under Windows XP, 2000?

With regards to error code: no disc in drive, this problem is caused by one of the following:
(1) DVD title issue
(2) DVD-ROM issue
(3) PowerDVD software issue

This is happening because Windows XP and Windows 2000 are designed for Multi-users. If you are not the only one using the computer, please be adviced that only the administrators can install software on the computer.
In this case you need to log in as the administrator. To do this you may have to create a new account in the OS environment.

Please check the help files in Windows on how to create a new account.
