Easier to search product knowledge base/FAQ. You just need to select your product and version information. The related resources, including tutorials, user manuals, and system requirements will be brought to you.
Simplified form to submit your product questions. Just click Contact Technical Support in the left column and log in with your CyberLink account, and then fill in few fields. The CyberLink support team will reply to you within 48 hours. You can also upload an attachment so the support team can resolve your issue more efficiently.
Check your support history quicker. If you want to see the latest reply or historical replies from CyberLink support team, you just need to click Support Tickets in the left column.
Communicate with other users in the CyberLink Forum (English and German only). Just click Forum in the left column to enter the forum. You will need to activate your account the first time you enter the forum.
