By implementing a facial recognition system at various access control points, such as entry and exit points within the office or factory premises, security is ensured from the moment employees arrive to when they depart. This eliminates the need for traditional, physical employee ID cards, reducing the risks of loss and tampering, as well as the associated administrative burden.

The recorded personnel, location, and time data can also be integrated with the “Workforce Management Package” features within NAVINECT® Edge, such as “Work Plan,” “Verification of Personnel Deployment to the Designated Time and Location,” and “Documentation of Individual Skills and Proficiency Levels.” This ensures data integrity and centralizes employee skill development plans and business management.
