How do I prove that I am a CyberLink customer?

To provide better service, CyberLink Technical Support may ask for a proof of purchase. Currently we accept the following items as a proof of purchase.

  • If you purchased from the CyberLink website, you don't need to provide a proof of purchase as we already have your record.
  • If you purchased from one of our online affiliates, please provide the confirmation letter with product name and price on it.
  • If you purchased a box version, please provide a photocopy of the invoice or a photocopy of product CD.
