CyberLink is investigating a possible unauthorized use of a code signing certificate issued by VeriSign. To safeguard CyberLink customers against the potential installation of malicious code from third parties, the certificate has been revoked and a new certificate has been issued for the affected products.
There is no evidence that any sensitive information – either from CyberLink or its customers – has been compromised.
CyberLink customers with any affected CyberLink software should visit the CyberLink Software Update Center and install the latest update for all of their products.
