How do I submit a refund request for my purchase?

PC Software:

CyberLink offers a 30 day money back guarantee on its products purchased from the CyberLink online store.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order up to 30 days from the original purchase date. To cancel the order and receive a refund, please send an email to: .
With the cancellation you are renouncing the right to use the software.

Mobile app:

  • Android
    CyberLink Mobile app purchases can be refunded within 30 days. To refund Android in-app purchases, please send refund request via “Send Feedback” in app Settings and include your Google account info and the order number.
  • iOS
    We follow Apple’s refund policy. To refund iOS in-app purchases, please contact Apple directly since app developers are not authorized to process refunds.
