How can I get phone support for my product questions?

CyberLink provides you with an opportunity to call us as often as you need to if you ever encounter program errors, activation, functional issues or any program usability questions.

*Phone support is provided in English only. For callers outside Canada/USA international calling rates will apply.


After making your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing the hotline number and a technical support ID (TSID) within 20 minutes (The waiting time may vary based on credit card payment confirmation). Use this number when calling our hotline. When you call, just key-in your TSID number when prompted by our IVR (interactive voice response).

If your TSID is still valid, you will be put through to one of our agents immediately. Once your TSID has expired, you will need to repurchase the phone support package or fill out a technical request form. You are welcome to contact Customer Service if you still have any questions.


Note: Purchasing phone support entitles the user to sixty days of phone support from the time the technical support ID (TSID) has been activated. Any refund request has to be made within three days after the receipt of the TSID number. Should the user have used the service during this time, the refund will be forfeit. CyberLink does not guarantee all issues can be handled over the phone. In this case, CyberLink will either return your phone call or provide a solution through email.
