How do I know which version and build I have?

A common way to find the versioning information of CyberLink products is to check the About dialog for each products. The About dialog can be easily accessed by:

  • Press keyboard combination key Ctrl+A
  • Select Help menu > About product name
  • Click the CyberLink logo or product logo when you are using CyberLink software

The version and build number generally might look like "4.00.1706". The number "4" is the major version number; "00" is the secondary version number and "1706" stands for the build number. The build number is useful for determining if it is necessary to install a patch. If the build number of the patch program is larger than the one in your current program, it is likely you can apply this patch on your current program.
