Once you have extracted the skin file to the appropriate folder, you can now take the necessary sets to activate your skin. First though, you will need to launch PowerDVD XP 4.0. Once the main User Interface is open on your desktop, click on the Configuration button (or press "Ctrl-C"). The Configuration menu will open up and here you will want to select the Skin tab. At this point you can see the name of the skin you just downloaded, and all other skins currently available. Select the skin and then click "OK".
