When my subscription for CyberLink software (i.e. PowerDirector 365) expires, what will happen to the files previously uploaded to CyberLink Cloud?

Please note that the complimentary cloud space will be deactivated once your subscription software has expired or the refund for the subscription software is submitted.
Example:

  • A user purchased PowerDirector 365 + 50 GB of complimentary space for one year on 2019-01-01.
  • After that, the user placed an additional order to purchase 20 GB of CyberLink Cloud space on 2019-06-01.

For this case, the cloud storage space that the user can use would be:

Note: Users cannot upload/ download/ delete media files on CyberLink Cloud once the subscription software has expired or was refunded.
