Job Title: Director of Sales
Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the strategic development and tactical maintenance of one or more key Tier 1 accounts, plus a larger number of Tier 2 accounts. Duties include leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure. Individual needs to maintain a strong knowledge of multimedia software and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner. The role demands high levels of customer interaction and will require traveling to and working from various domestic locations.

This position will be responsible for managing and supporting sales on all aspects of the technical relationship for one or more key Tier 1 accounts, plus a larger number of Tier 2 accounts. The role demands high levels of customer interaction and will require traveling to and working from various domestic locations.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years proven track record managing the evaluation and deployment of technical products into OEMs design-in cycles
- Strong technical background in PC multimedia and networking technologies and trends
- Experience in project planning and management
- Knowledge of consumer multimedia software, including DVD playback, video editing, CD/DVD burning, etc.
- Capability to perform market research, strategic planning and on-site product demo
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally and personally at all levels of the customer organization
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
- A bachelors degree in technical discipline. MBA is a plus.
